Is this me? This is the safest bet if you're unsure what to wear to an interview. A suit is never wrong here. The outfit: a well-fitted suit in navy or charcoal + a white or light blue dress shirt + a conservative tie (navy, burgundy, or silver) + polished oxford shoes + a belt. Everything should be pressed. Everything should fit. In your pocket: nothing extra -- you're already at maximum. If you're overdressed, lose the tie. If the office turns out to be business casual, you're still fine, just slightly more formal than everyone else.
